Throughout the month of May, Kids for the Future has celebrated “Better Speech and Hearing Month.” This year, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association set the theme as “Communication: The Key To Connection” and highlighted the many ways our speech therapists provide life-changing treatments.
At Kids for the Future, we provide speech language therapy to help kids with developmental delays from approximately six months of age to five years. We offer services to help kids better understand what they’re hearing, communicate what they want and, ultimately, speak mre clearly and fluently. Our speech therapists also equip kids and parents with the resources they need to further their communication skills at school and home. Together, we hope these services will allow children to gain confidence in their ability to communicate effectively with others and more fully participate in everyday activities.
This Better Hearing and Speech Month, we hope you’ll join us in raising awareness about communication disorders. If you have questions about how we can help your child, please contact us at 870-633-1737 or info@kidsforthefuture.com.
