This week the staff at the Kids for the Future clinics have gone all out for Halloween. They have had parties, carnivals, parades, and even pumpkin decorating. At Kids for the Future of Forrest City, both staff and children have had a blast joining in on the festivities.
Last week, they had a “pumpkin patch” outside of the clinic. During this time, each classroom had the opportunity to pick a pumpkin, which they would decorate throughout the rest of the week. The staff in each department also got to pick a pumpkin to decorate. Although the children decorated their pumpkins for fun and in the spirit of Halloween, the staff had a bit more motivation. Each department- physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, etc.- decorated a pumpkin in a competition for first, second, and third place. read more
