COVID-19 Manual for Clients and Staff

Thank you for your patience and support as we continue to weather the COVID-19 pandemic together. All KFF / Kids, Inc. entities continue to be committed to protecting the health and safety of all its beneficiaries and staff.

This COVID-19 Manual sets forth KFF / Kids, Inc. COVID-19 policies. These rules and policies are subject to change at KFF’s sole discretion as information and guidance about the pandemic continues to develop and evolve.

COVID-19 Reporting Form – Parents / Guardians / Clients / Staff

It is imperative parents and staff notify KFF / Kids, Inc. of any COVID-19 positive cases and / or close contact to positive cases. We cannot protect our staff and clients if we do not know if someone is sick. While we screen every staff and child daily before services or entry to building, if the child or staff is absent due to illness, it is your responsibility to let us know what is going on. Please CLICK HERE and complete this form.

KFF / Kids, Inc. is close to finalizing a COVID-19 Manual that outlines everything we have been doing and continue to do to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We will post it here when finalized.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact any Clinic Nurse or Director.

COVID-19 ABSENCES / LEAVE OF ABSENCE Form and Instructions

If you miss work for COVID-19 illness, isolation, quarantine, etc., please complete CLICK HERE and complete this form.

If a person is unvaccinated and quarantined or in any way prevented from working due to COVID (or any illness), they are not able and available and, therefore, may be considered ineligible for unemployment benefits.
